We truly are a Full Service Optical Laboratory.

Net0 30 volume discounts paid by the 15th of the following month

Cancellation of Orders

In order to meet your demands for timely service, orders in process (passed the Generator) can not be cancelled.

Credits on Returned Goods

  • All credits must be returned with both the original invoice and the reorder invoice and an explanation for reordering.
  • Credits are calculated at list price less volume discounts at the time of return.
  • Full credits are issued on lab errors.
  • Doctor error credit are 25%
  • Phone error credits are 50%. Phone orders are repeated making for a shared responsibility.
  • No credits issued after 30 days.
